As many might know we profiled AFPW some time ago and it gained some momentum but just had some resistance near .10. Now we waited for the bottom to be in and we feel here it is. Time to get this thing the attention she Deserves. She has a tremendous story from moving to a bigger location in the Phaldephia Science Center all the way to Showcasing their technology at a Naval forum!
I have seen great companies go under exposed and undervalued, only to explode back to its valued PPS range!
Here is our Story for AFPW. Strict DD. No images, no fancy flash images, just pure Due Diligence for our readers.
AFPW’s DD STORY: HERE’s WHY AFPW IS UNDERVALUED!
More DD to come in the Story, will unroll some Past DD as I dig it up. Lets ride this bouncer to the top.
AFPW CLOSED .04 Friday, COMPLETELY UNDERVALUED. EVEN A Senior Analyst is speculating AFPW should be in the .40s range!
CHAPTER 1, THE UPGRADE
Back in July 2009 they moved into their new Laboratory Facility in Philadelphia. Their new location is located in the Philadelphia Science Center. The location is not only bigger by “four fold”, the new building is also going under certification as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). This is the highest benchmark for “green” buildings around the world.
Philadelphia is also the “Home of Hydrogen Energy”, so its location gives AFPW a big Advantage over competitors. They are also located near the University so the location of the center of a high-technology talent pool and advanced nanotechnology materials analysis capabilities, we are ideally situated to grow AFPW’s business base.
CHAPTER 2, GROWING UP AND GETTING NOTICE.
At first Oxbridge Research initiated a “Growth Company Coverage on AFPW, then AFPW gets featured in Keystone Edge’s Online Magazine. In the magazine article we realize just how big AFPW will be. They are partners with Kaymont Consolidated, which is the world’s largest distributor of weather balloons, a $100 million market.
In the Magazine, we also see our CLOSE TIES to UNIVERSITIES.
Cade says the company’s relationship with the Drexel University Nanotechnology Consortium has been critical to its success, providing access to high-powered electron microscopes and other invaluable nanoscale functions.
CHAPTER 3, YES, OUR CEO IS A HEAVY HITTER.
Our President and Chief Executive Officer, David Cade, was a featured speaker at the Environment & Green Energy Conference held at the University City Science Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on September 8, 2009.
And the Conference was not little conference…
“The Conference was jointly hosted by the State of Pennsylvania, City of Philadelphia, and the Rhone-Alps Region of France as a precursor to Pollutec 2010, an international environmental trade show focusing on clean and renewable energy, to be held in Lyon, France in December, 2010. Pollutec 2010 will highlight relevant US technology, with a specific focus on the State of Pennsylvania, which is at the forefront of “green energy” initiatives in the U.S. The Rhone-Alps Region enjoys a similar position and reputation in France.”
CHAPTER 4, TIME TO DEVELOPE
While things are moving along for AFPW’s reputation they are still moving forward with production and expansion of their lineup.
AFPW is developing a new Reactor that will expand AFPW’s capabilities to adapting to broader applications.
They are Partnered with the World’s Largest Weather Balloon Distributor, these new reactor’s will help us become the dominant supplier! IMO
This new small-scale reactor represents API’s second reactor product, joining the PBIS-1000, which is in early stages of production for weather balloon lift gas and other applications (see API press release of August 5, 2009).
CHAPTER 5, TIME TO MAKE SOME MONEY AND MANUFACTURE!
AFPW began manufacturing its Portable Balloon Inflaction System at APEX Piping Systems Inc. back in September 2009. This is AFPW’s first commercially available product! $$$
“The new reactor is a lighter more ruggedized version of its predecessor with the same hydrogen generating ability (see API’s press release of August 3, 2009). A detailed Operations and Maintenance Manual for the PBIS-1000 has also been completed and will be available to customers.”
CHAPTER 6, WHAT ELSE CAN WE DO?
Through their extensive University Connections, AFPW can develop a broad amount of items…
They are also developing New Hand Held Flameless Heating Devices.
“Oct. 15, 2009 (Business Wire) — Early production stage hydrogen generation company AlumiFuel Power, Inc. (“API”), the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based wholly owned operating subsidiary of AlumiFuel Power Corporation (OTCBB: AFPW), (the “Company”), announced today that it is developing a new hand-held flameless heating device with several commercial application possibilities. ”
CHAPTER 7, YES, THEY NOTICED, UNDERVALUED, AFPW Valuation at .40!
Many are taking notice of AFPW and are getting in Early, like the smart money always does. Senior Analyst Robert Goldman values AFPW at .40 cents due to its recent development of its current applications!
“Oct. 20, 2009 (Business Wire) — AlumiFuel Power Corporation (OTCBB: AFPW), (the “Company”) and its early production stage hydrogen generation company AlumiFuel Power, Inc. (“API”), of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania announced today that in view of the recent development that the Company is developing a product addressable to the multi-million dollar sports and MRE (meals ready to eat) market, Senior Analyst Robert Goldman has issued an update affirming the ‘Speculative Buy’ rating with a price target of $0.40. ”
CHAPTER 8, SO HOW GOOD ARE WE?
Well let’s say the Department of Defense sure has noticed AFPW’s Applications and Developments. In fact AFPW technology was showcased at the Naval Energy Forum in Virginia.
The Naval Energy Forum was the first such major conference strictly focused on energy to be conducted within the Department of Defense. The event was attended by over 700 people from government and industry. Key speakers included the Secretary of the Navy, Ray Mabus, the Chief of Naval Operations, Admiral Gary Roughead, and the Commandant of the Marine Corps, General James Conway. All three characterized energy as being critical to U.S. national security
CHAPTER 9, DAMN THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE, WHO ELSE?
AFPW was also featured on PBS Newshour Nationwide Telecast. Now the attention is hitting mainstream. First the Department of Defense, now PBS. Great exposure.
Dec. 9, 2009 (Business Wire) — Early production stage hydrogen generation company AlumiFuel Power, Inc. (“API”), the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based wholly owned operating subsidiary of AlumiFuel Power Corporation (OTCBB: AFPW), (the “Company”), announced today that it was featured in a segment on how Philadelphia is coping with the current recession, which was aired nationally on the Lehrer PBS NewsHour the evening of December 7, 2009. (For the video feed and transcript, use the link: http://www.pbs.org/newshour/bb/business/july-dec09/patchwork_12-07.html.)
CHAPTER 10, LETS IMPROVE OUR CAPABILITIES!
After a great year for AFPW, they finish up and make sure they end the year strong with the addition of a new Metrials Chemist. This guy is a heavy hitter with some Serious Credentials!
AlumiFuel Power, Inc. Enhances Advanced Technology Capabilities with Addition of Materials Chemist

Dec. 18, 2009 (Business Wire) — Early production stage hydrogen generation company AlumiFuel Power, Inc. (“API”), the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based wholly owned operating subsidiary of AlumiFuel Power Corporation (OTCBB: AFPW), (the “Company”), announced today that it has hired materials engineer/chemist Boris Dyatkin, which significantly upgrades API’s capabilities to customize its proprietary fuel mixtures.
Boris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and has extensively researched new characterization techniques of nano-scale materials, collaborating with trustee professors at both the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University. At API, Boris will continue his close interaction with the Drexel Nanotechnology Institute, enhancing API’s understanding of the fundamental mechanisms that control the chemical reactions between water and aluminum. Such knowledge will lead to faster and more controllable reactions, and ultimately, better commercial products. (See API news release of July 16, 2009 for more information on API’s membership in the Drexel Nanotechnology Consortium.)
