Houston Texas, Jul 14, 2010 – Advanced Lighting Solutions, Inc. (Pinksheets: AVLS) is pleased to announce; the companys CEO Aaron Matthews and the newly appointed Admin. Officer James Morgan have concluded their initial discussions with Houston based CDC, (MACDC) – MacGregor Area Community Development Corporation Executive Director Larry Zomper.
“Its been a great week for Advanced Lighting Solutions,” Says CEO Aaron Matthews. “With meetings with local CDC’s and more than 2 potential buyers for the large 1.2 million dollar goldsmith medical center manor, we believe we may see profits sooner than expected.”
After A meeting held on July 9th with a top viewed Houston area Community Development Corporation (CDC), Chairman and CEO Aaron Matthews announces “Possibility of an investment allowing an undecided amount of additional properties to be added in stage one as defined in the companies Business Plan. A possibility allowing previously unrecognized resources to secure up to an additional 125 percent return on said investment, amounting to an estimated $70,000 to $85,000 return. The board will have additional meetings over the next three weeks allowing the company in depth thought about possible future contracts.”
