As many of you might have realized it seemed the QASP buyback started slow as the bank ran into some issues.

“JACKSONVILLE, FL–(Marketwire – 09/28/09) – Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. (Pinksheets:QASPNews) is pleased to announce the start of our previously announced Stock Buy Back Plan on Monday, September 28, 2009. The company was delayed for a few days because our primary bank could not open a securities trading account for Quasar in a timely basis. Fortunately Deutsche Bank in San Francisco and NYC came to our rescue. We received final approval on Thursday afternoon and will be starting today.”

If you were watching the L2 at all today you would have noticed Deutsche Bank’s Market Maker on the bid. This should have instilled confidence that the buyback has OFFICIALLY began.

Stock closed at .024 well and we traded 12M shares. Once people realize QASP is putting their money where their mouth is, this thing is going to explode and fix the PPS. We already posted that we feel the ultimate lowest this stock ESP was around .07…

QASP will be picked up as the word get out that it is about time for those Aquisitions to officialy close. Why would QASP buyback AFTER they announce Aquisitions, only to have to buy at a higher PPS. Dean is playing this one perfect, buy low and make the doubters chase and push this up.

QASP: THE BUYBACK HAS BEGUN!

Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. Announces the Start of Its Stock Buy Back Plan and the Acquisition of Its First Twin Engine Trainer for Atlantic Aviation

Last Tuesday Quasar Held a Critical Meeting Regarding Two of Its Acquisition Candidates and Completed a Definitive Acquisition Agreement

JACKSONVILLE, FL–(Marketwire – 09/28/09) – Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. We received final approval on Thursday afternoon and will be starting today.

On Tuesday of last week a critical meeting was held regarding our recently announced acquisitions. Quasar Aerospace Industries CEO, Dean Bradley, and Senior Vice President for Administration, Lisa Betros, were in Kansas with the executives for two of our acquisitions along with the legal teams for those companies. Also attending were attorneys for Quasar coming in from Seattle and Philadelphia. In this series of meetings we were able to complete the Definitive Acquisition Agreements, the employment contracts for key employees, and the incentive plans for the employees of the subsidiaries. Also discussed was a new opportunity that will potentially become part of Quasar Aerospace Industries.

On Monday, September 21, 2009 executives from our wholly owned subsidiary, Atlantic Aviation, took delivery of a pristine Piper Seminole for $89,000, which is an excellent twin engine trainer. Atlantic Aviation President and Chief Flight Instructor, Joshua Henderson, and Atlantic Aviation’s Director of Aircraft Maintenance, Raymond Frez, raved about the plane after their cross country flight with the aircraft. In the present economic environment now is an ideal time to be adding to the fleet.

We have been asked what Redbird simulator we purchased and installed at the Herlong Airport, it is their FMX Model. We are pleased to announce that we purchased this top of the line unit for $80,000. We are so pleased with it that we have now ordered a second identical unit.

The company is on track to execute our business plan. The management team is working diligently to complete the first four acquisitions, and will then proceed on two more acquisitions shortly thereafter.

Here we go. We had a huge sell off from someone or the last ditch effort before run gets good.  The volume today supported the PPS as it closed at .023 with 13M in volume.  There are indeed buyers for QASP and will suck them up and anything in the high 1’s or low 2’s so they wont last long there if they ever go back.  I do not think they will and i think QASP will start the buyback this week, end of the week and close us out even better then last week (up 50% last week).

Remember, QASP is saying with these 4 aqusitions it will add over 150M in revenues alone.  We already own the flight school, which owns the flight simulator.  We already know we have a deal in place with India for foregin pilots and also can train 80 pilots max at 66k a year.  With the plan im assuming the foreign pilots most likely will be funded by some agency.

QASP is a due dilligence play, look up the guys playing this. No one is small time here. The airport they are in will verify construction is going on. Ask around!

Update: QASP down, but not out, get your cheapies!

Sure wasn’t expecting QASP to see the selling we did today.  The bears won today but did not win the long run.  Remember the buyback will start and QASP will have major support.  In my opinion, these were the last shakes of the MM’s and shorts who (like in almost every case) shake the weak hands out before they run it up hard.

Even down QASP closed down 31% this is a great chance for those who read this alert late to get in. This is a completely undervalued stock.

Volume was extremely high with 38M shares traded.  Alot of money exchanged hands here for QASP.

Remember, 4 Aquisitions with 150M in revs and buybacks starting soon and i bet plenty in the bag to keep press rolling to make sure the pps corrects itself.
